What’s so good about pine needle tea?
Pine needles are a source of Suramin, which has inhibitory effects against components of the coagulation cascade and against the inappropriate replication and modification of RNA and DNA. Excessive coagulation causes blood clots, mini-clots, brain embolisms (strokes), heart attacks, pulmonary embolisms (lung), unusually heavy menstrual cycles, uterus shedding and heavy bruising. These are all things front-line doctors have described seeing in transmission cases.

    1. Pine needle tea has a pleasant taste reminiscent of winter and
    Christmas.
    2. It has 5 times the amount of vitamin C found in lemons 🍋 and can bring relief to conditions such as heart disease, varicose veins, skin complaints and fatigue. An immune system booster, pine needle tea can help to fight illness and infections, coughs and chest congestion, and sore throats.
    3. Pine needle tea also contains high levels of Vitamin A, which is good for your eyesight, improves hair and skin regeneration and improves red blood cell production.
    5. Pine needles contain antioxidants. These reduce free radicals, which are harmful to humans and can cause disease.
    To make tea:
Bring 3 cups of water to a simmer; remove from heat and add 1/2 cup of fresh needles to the water. Steep approximately 20 minutes, or till the needles sink to the bottom of your pot. At this point, you can strain the needles out or leave them in while you drink.
Another method is to put your pine needles in a tea strainer, place the strainer into a mug, and pour hot water over it. Let steep and then remove the strainer and enjoy.
NEVER boil pine needle tea - that breaks down the vitamin C and releases terpenes that make the tea more bitter. If you want a stronger tea, add more needles rather than increase the heat.
