    PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WORDS, DHINC EBAY WATERMARK ARE NOT ON THE ITEM ITSELF
    You are bidding on an old original certificate presented by the Philmont Scout Ranch, Boys Scouts of America, to a Scout in recognition of his participation in the Senior Training Camp. It is dated August 27, 1945.  It was printed on heavier paper and measures approx. 7 “ x 5”.  It was stapled into an album at one time and has left the impressions and holes from the staples, and there is rusting at those spots. Also, there is some darkening, layering and rounding at the corners, a vertical crease from being folded in half at one time, a small crease at the corners, some roughness and a few small nicks along the edges, other darkening, spotting, staining, foxing, and another rust spot, and other wear.  There is similar wear on the back of the card but more moderate darkening, spotting, foxing and/or staining and some stray ink on the back of the card.
