    BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE CLOISONNE' ENAMEL METAL SILK IRON BOX WITH HANDLE
    This is a very old Chinese Cloisonne' Beautifully Enameled Silk Iron Box with Handle. The Chinese would place small hot embers into the box and then draw the warmed pan over silk to smooth out wrinkles. It measures 8 inches long including the handle, 6 3/4 x 6 width/length and 1 inch thick. It has been done with Terrific Craftmanship Featuring Magnificent color hues in Blues, Reds, and Greens. The Artist has done very good work with detailed houses, people, and eagles on this work of art. The Cloisonne Silk Iron Box has been done on brass with some petina on the inside and is in Good Condition. This would be a Wonderful Addition to any Collection.
