Antique Cloisonne Oval Box/Inkwell W/Floral & Heart Cut Outs Dome Lid

This gorgeous antique Cloisonne box is a beauty!  I have been told it is actually an antique inkwell that is missing the ink bowl. It is extremely old and very unique. The background is a black/gray pattern with swirls of floral color all over it. It also has three heart cut outs on the sides. The top is dome shaped and painted green inside. The box measure approximately 3 inches tall with the top on and almost three inches in diameter/wide. It is in good antique condition with standard wear inside, outside and on the interior of the top. The bottom seems to have a small dent by one of the feet so the box tilts slightly when standing on a surface. This is a real treasure and is in wonderful condition considering it's age. It was passed down from my grandmother.
