    Circa 1890s
    This is a metal 'Hanson' brand hanging scale that can weigh up to 200 pounds. It was probably made in the 1890s by the Hanson Co. of Chicago, Illinois.
    The scale shows rust and lots of oxidation. It is still in working unrestored condition. Please enlarge and examine the photos carefully.
    Dimensions are about 18" tall from ring to hook (case is 9-1/2' Tall) x 6-1/2" dial diameter x 1-3/4" depth and it weighs about 6 pounds.
