Antique Vintage Japanese Japan Silver On Copper Dragon Standing Picture Frame

This is an antique or vintage Japanese silver on copper repousse standing photo frame.
I believe it dates circa 1920s or 1930s, though it may be earlier.
The overall frame measures 5 1/2 inches high x 4 1/4 inches wide (14 cm x 10.8 cm). It will hold a photo measuring 4 1/4 inches high x 2 3/4 inches wide (10.8 cm x 7 cm).
As attractive as a frame as this is, it does have a couple of issues. There is a tiny piece of the frame nicked off in the bottom left and right corners. The stand must have broken years ago because there is a replacement piece for the ribbon and tape holding the stand on. It does hold very well though.
There is no glass.
It weighs a little over 5 ounces (146 g).
