Note:  This is my best assessment of purpose of this item.  I purchased them with a group of other Asian collectibles.  I can't find any other examples of products exactly like these.  If you have more information about them, please send me a message so I can share it with potential buyers.
I have two of these hangers remaining.  One is still wrapped and about 39", but it has some scuffs in the finish (see photos).  The other is 42" and the ends are not wrapped (it may have been lightly used).  I'll ship the longer, unwrapped one last unless otherwise requested.  Discount for purchasing both.
