This vintage Betty Boop Saloon Doll is from the 2003 Betty Boop Collection created by Kellytoy and licensed by King Features Syndicate, Inc. / Fleischer Studios, Inc.  She is wearing a fancy red satin gown trimmed in black faux fur with a red satin hand bag in one hand and a black fan in the other.
"This beautiful vintage Betty Boop doll is new old stock with her original tags intact. However, the back side of her tag does have some faint writing across the upc code. She is clean and ready for play or display in her new home."
