We ship via USPS. We ship fast, however we do not control the USPS mail and unless you pay extra for a premium service we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time. (nobody can with the USPS).
We will use Economy USPS shipping unless we indicate differently on the item’s description. From time to time we might upgrade the shipping on a particular item. If there is a difference in cost it will not be refundable.
Our shipping is only for the 48 lower continental States.
FOR ALASKA, HAWAII AND OTHER NON CONTINENTAL US DEPENDENCIES YOU WILL NEED TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY TO OBTAIN SHIPPING AND HANDLING charges. NO EXEPTIONS.
Please be advised that we do not provide any type of insurance on the item you bought. If you are concern the item might get damaged during shipment then we recommend you to buy insurance, we could obtain a quote for you and assist you during shipment.
For fragile items this might not be and option and we will quote you the insurance amount with your purchase to make sure if the item brakes at least the insurance will be available to you.

In the event we agree to a return the following conditions should apply:
If the item is damage upon shipment you will need to take pics and send them to us. You will get an authorization to return the item.
The buyer pays for all shipping and handling charges to send the item to us. Our shipping cost is not refundable and the cost to ship the item back to us, including shipping and handling are not refundable.
The following fees/charges/expenses are non refundable:
Fees charged by Paypal to accept/process your payment/s unless Paypal refunds  the amount to us first, shipping and handling costs to package and send the item to you.
