Brochure is entitled - 'Biography Of Shadow Harry' - The Story of Harry V. Lewis, a Muscular Dystrophy Patient.
Front features a black and white photo of Mr. Lewis as he was leaving the Battle Creek Sanitarium after treatment.  At this time he weighed 75 pounds.
Opens to reveal a history of Mr. Lewis' diagnosis and treatment (treated with recommended diet of fruit and vegetables).  To maintain strength in his muscles, he stood for the majority of his day.  Interior features two black and white photos of Mr. Lewis.
