BUDDY NIX WAS THE HEAD FOOTBALL COACH AT UTC FROM 1984-1992/HIS WON-LOSS RECORD WAS 44-54-1.   HE WAS THE GENERAL MANAGER FOR THE BUFFALO BILLS IN THE NFL FROM 2009-2013.
