CHINESE BRASS ENAMEL CIGARETTE BOX FLOWERS FOLIAGE

Description

This is a fantastic older Chinese Brass Enamel Cigarette box that measures approximately 6 1/16” x 4 13/16” x 1”. The center of the lid has a raised square that is decorated with lovely flowers and foliage.
This area has been hand painted in bright enamel color that include black, white, yellow, with shades of blue, green, orange, and pink. You will find the sides of the box have debossed bands with flowers and foliage.
The bottom portion of the box is lined in wood with a partition in the middle. There is oxidation to the brass metal, polish residue, possibly old dirt in and around the hinges, with just a tiny bit of indentations in the brass.
