If you are a Disney Pin Collector - this is the Holy Grail.  This pin was only available as an Executive Kick Off promotion given to Disney brass - only 6 of them ever produced and this is number 1 of 6.  It was to introduce the Countdown to the Millennium promotion from the Disney Store pin series.  The pin consist of a back metal panel which includes the Disney Store logo and the Countdown to the Millennium title with some spotlight backdrops and limited edition box numbered 1 of 6.  Mickey is looking through the second 0 of 2000 and they sit on the black panel.  The back of the panel has Mickey icon waffle pattern and reads "DISNEY FOTOBALL® MADE IN CHINA".
I have never seen any of the 6 pins every on eBay and this one is the exclusive #1.
