This pin was issued on February 4, 2004   I purchased it myself on the issue date. It features Captain Hook and Tinker Bell on the front of a heart shaped pin.  The pin reads "Happy Villaintines Day February 2004 Walt Disney World" in the upper left corner.
The pin is rare, retired, sold out & hard to find.  This is Pinpics # 27868.
Dimensions of pin:  1 3/4" x 1 3/4"
The pin itself is in new condition on the original decorative card in it's original packaging and has never been displayed.
Comes from a smoke-free home.
