This is a genuine Antique Chinese Lacquer Food Box With Painted Porcelain Inlay (木胎漆雕花卉纹食盒). It is a 3-layer food box. I am not sure the ages but it looks to be 100 years ago or even more. It was acquired from an American family in Connecticut several years ago.
It is in very good condition with some minor paint peels. The inlay porcelain is in good condition without crack or damage. The size of this antique is about 14 inches long, 9 inches wide and 15 inches tall. It is a big lunch box.
This kind of antique food fox sometimes appear in Chinese movies.
