    H.J. Henochsberg Made in South Africa Johannesburg for maybe police, military, or ranger hat. It is a rare item and great for a prop, or man cave decor, or for that very different costume. It is small - xsmall - it is only about 19 1/2" around the inside. Would  fit a child.  Good condition with a few faded spots.
