For your consideration is a House of Staunton Broadbent style Club size Chess Set in ebony and antiqued boxwood. There is no board. The set is in new and unused condition and has been stored away for many years  until taking pictures for this listing. Kings measure 4.4" in height with a 1 7/8" diameter base. Pawns are just over 2 1/4" in height. The set is NOT WEIGHTED so the pieces are rather light. The 34 piece set comes with extra Queens. The set features finely turned pieces and exquisite hand carved knights.  The Ebony King has a tight hairline crack in its base. The ebony Queens, Rooks and bases of Knights are a lighter color ebony with brown figure in them. See pictures.  Set comes in original HOS cardboard box with two fitted trays for the pieces.
