fantastic--neat grouup of two weights, i think they are brass, filled with dirt or rocks. on stand, very odd, you have to twist the thing around to remove them, i have similar ones that are marked fairbanks, but these are not marked. not sure what they are from. came from ELLI BUK. google him.
