This is a Japanese mini pouch made of Chirimen crepe fabric.
Chirimen fabric is Japanese traditional crepe cloth called "Chirimen weave".
Chirimen weave technique was originally developed for Kimono(Japanese traditional clothes).
Each pouch has the different patterns of the cloth due to the handicraft products.
