17-PAGE PROGRAM MEASURES 11 1/2" X 15 1/2";  IS DATED SEPTEMBER 22, 1973; IN VERY GOOD CONDITION, WITH A FOLD ACROSS THE MIDDLE, AN UP-AND-DOWN FOLD, AND SOME EDGE WEAR.
