A Beautiful Heavyweight Tropical Glass Fish Art Figurine Bright Blue/Orange/White & Florida Gator Colors. The fish weighs a substantial 13 oz. and measurements are shown in the photos. This also makes a great paperweight and would look great in a Florida Gator's fan home or office. In excellent condition no chips, cracks, breaks, nicks or other damage visible. I am a shopaholic born and bred on the West Coast but I also believe in recycling previously loved and vintage items and keeping them from the landfills. COMMUNICATION IS VITAL! I am here to answer any questions or send any additional photographs or information you may want regarding an item so that you may make the most informed decision possible - my customers are never a bother. No fancy emails needed just send your questions or requests. NO DRAMA SHOPPE-Let's have FUN and leave the DRAMA to the media.I check my emails 3-4 times a day and respond as soon as possible but no later than 24 hours. Ebay has always been a fun and positive experience for me. A place to get away for a while and find lost treasures and memories, contemporary items and necessary items. It should not be a chore that is why communication is so important.
SHIPPING- I ship within 3 days from the date payment is made. I do not ship on weekends or holidays. I do not have handling charges. I refund any excess shipping costs not used. You will receive a tracking number if your package is sent USPS Priority or other trackable/insured method such as FedEx or UPS. First Class usually does not have a tracking number unless you request it. If you want the item delivered through a specific carrier and transit time, simply let me know and we will recalculate. I do combine shipping whenever possible and will refund unused shipping funds to Buyer. Insured items damaged in transit or delivery will be resolved through me. I need an email from Buyer itemizing the damage to the item. I will need clear color pictures showing the condition of the packaging upon arrival, any type of damage to the packaging and item. I take care of resolving the insurance claim directly with the carrier which can take up to 14 or more business days. Once I receive the necessary information and photos from Buyer, I will send a confirmation email and Buyer can expect a refund within 24 hours of my email. PAYMENT- EBay has a 4 day payment window after the auction or purchase ends. Please make your payment no later than the 4th day of purchasing your item. I honor that and expect your payment by the 4th day. Keep in mind that you may receive payment reminders along the way. If you are going to need more time or simply unable to pay for the item due to an unexpected life event or emergency, please communicate with me as soon as possible. Each case is handled individually and we can communicate on what is best for your situation.
INVENTORY-I do my very best to list everything I see that is a possible issue or imperfection with the item. My descriptions are lengthy for a reason - I want you to know what you are considering purchasing and give you the chance to ask questions or request more photos. Vintage and pre-loved items are sold AS IS with full disclosure as to their condition. Recycling and upcycling are very important to me and I always love to receive "after" pictures of rehabbed, recycled and upcycled items. EBAY buyers are so resourceful! All Inventory is stored in a temperature controlled and clean indoor location. Clothes are sanitized but not washed. Shoes are cleaned and sanitized. Jewelry and vintage items are wiped with soft cloth and warm gentle soapy water and wiped again with clean water. None of my inventory is sourced from commercial dumpsters or curbside discards. Aside from sanitizing, cleaning and wiping off dust I try to handle fragile, vintage and collectibe items as little as possible and leave the final touches to Buyer.
FEEDBACK -Customer satisfaction, positive feedback and spreading the positive word about my shoppe is priceless to me. Buyer will receive POSITIVE feedback upon payment for the item. I do not hold feedback hostage waiting for Buyer's positive feedback. If you are happy with your purchase, please leave me positive feedback. If there is ANY reason you are not 100% fully satisfied with your purchase as it was described and photographed by me, PLEASE reach out to me. I do not shy away from challenges - I want happy customers! EBAY has recently changed its Feedback Forum setting a waiting period of 7 days before Negative or Neutral Feedback can be left. We have plenty of time to resolve any issues you may have with your purchase. Any refunds or other concessions that are agreed upon by me and Buyer will be processed within 24 hours.
RETURNS-Returns are accepted within 14 days and I will pay the shipping. I do not accept returns of items that have been dry cleaned, altered, repaired or rehabbed in any way. I do not accept returns of clothing that has been redesigned, altered or mended. I also do not accept jewlery returns if the item has been altered, embellished or taken apart.
GIFTING-Please let me know if you are gifting the item you purchased and would like a gift bag or card included with your special message. There is no extra charge and it makes the delivery much more special.
