I love the 1990s colors on this jacket.  It is marked size XL.  It measures 26” just under the armholes when lying flat.   Measures 28” from back collar to hem.  It has pockets in each of the side seams.   It is made of a nice weight fleece with nylon trim.  The four snaps work great.  It does not have any emblems or patches sewn on it.
