    Description

    Lovely Set of Sculptures of an African Man and Woman, done in a lovely shade of black, not glossy, not matte. The man is approximately 10" tall, the woman approximately 9.5" tall.
    This snazzy set was made in Brazil, it is the essence of Mid Century Modern Style. The label on the bottom says;
    Ceramica Artistica Barbosa, Sao Paulo, Brazil. There is a spot on the woman's cheek that has a pit and is missing a tiny chip, a slight non structural crack emanates from it, please see photo.
    This can easily be covered or repaired.
    I have never seen anything like these sculptures nor could I find anything
    similar
    online . I would call these a very rare find.
