    Description

    This council strip patch (CSP) is from the National Capital Area Council.
    This dark blue border patch is in honor of the History of Scouting Trail Hikes available through the NCAC. Very well designed, graphically cool patch.
    This patch with the Boy Scout in a vintage campaign hat and red neckerchief was inspired by the cover of the third edition of the Boy Scout Handbook that ran from 1927-1940. The cover was painted by Norman Rockwell and had profiles of American heroes in the background.
