    Description

    This is a vintage hanging spring scale. Made by PS and W Co. The front panel is brass & engraved "PS & W Co, Warranted Balance", along with the weight measurement marks. It  measures about 9.5"long, including the hook. In good vintage, working condition. It shows some denting to the bottom of the brass panel & the black paint on the back is worn & chipped. Nice display piece!
