The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow, and is Scouting's second-largest national event. The 2020 event was cancelled due to the world pandemic.
This 2 Piece set was created for:
Penateka Lodge 326,
Texas Trails Council.
This set is has a black border csp (council strip patch) and OA flap. Both are glow in the dark. The csp is a partial white ghost. The oa flap is in the design of the texas flag.
