We do rely in most of the cases on information provided by our distributors, who happens to make a mistake once in a while. Please confirm your machine SHANKsize with the shank measurements  on the last photo.  f you think your machine has a Low  Shank but your model is not listed, it means we did not have any info on it, but as long as it is a Low presser foot holder--it should work.
I guarantee your package will arrive or I will reship it at my cost. The only exception is if your delivery confirmation shows--it is delivered. In this case, USPS probably made a wrong delivery and I cannot be held responsible for that. Please contact your local Postal office and they would be able to check delivery location by GPS.
