These are unique in that both ends are ball ends. One end is extra long and the other is short. The short arm has a thicker "neck" than traditional ball hex designs. They provide up to 50% more torque when using the long arm.
The extra long arm allows access to fasteners that are in deep recesses.
100 degree angle bend on the short arm allows for access to fasteners that a standard 90 degree stubby can't reach.
