From a fine estate.  This Carlton resin & stone chess set #115 (present SKU 11115) is individually wrapped in its original tissue paper in the original box.
The box has some tape scars and adhesive residue on the outer surface.  No odor.
The King is 8" tall.  Bishops are modeled after the statue of St. Dunstan, showing him (an accomplished blacksmith) holding a devil by the nose with his blacksmith pincers.  He has a look of pure disdain on his face as he looks down on the squirming serpent.
The knights are St. George, about to bring his sword down on the doomed dragon.  Castles are representations of the cathedral itself.
