Made in Taiwan
"AAA" tapioca is derived from starch of the cassava root. A high quality ingredient used to make these chewy premium tapioca pearls.
Store in dark and cool place. Should be used 2 days after opening. To extend the shelf life of your uncooked boba, close and seal the bag and freeze after 2 days. Take out 1 day before cooking to defrost.

Gently remove boba from package and handle with care.

6 oz Dark Brown Sugar
1 oz Clover Honey
12 oz Hot Water

Slowly drop in 1 qt uncooked boba into 6 qt boiling water cook for 30 minutes — gently stirring in between.
Let Boba rest for 30 minutes in hot water with burner off and lid on.
Wash cooked boba under cool running water into a strainer. Allowing the boba to stop cooking. Do not use ice in this step as it will harden the boba instead of giving it the desired chewy texture.
Using a strainer spoon ladle, scoop up the boba and add to your boba sweetener. Mix gently and then add to your favorite treat.
Great for Smoothies, Hot & Cold Teas, Milk Teas, Smoothie Bowls, Yogurt and Frozen Yogurt Toppings.
Boba Sweetener
Mix in a separate bowl or container, 6 oz Dark Brown Sugar, 1 oz Clover Honey and 12 oz Hot Water. Stir Ingredients until dissolved.
Shelf life for cooked boba is approximately
8-10 hours after which it should be discarded.

Our Favorite Taiwanese Boba Milk Tea Recipe
Ingredients
for 2 servings
BLACK TEA
2 cups water
6 black tea bags
TAPIOCA PEARLS AND BROWN SUGAR SYRUP
½ cup medium black tapioca pearls
2 cups brown sugar
1 cup hot water
ASSEMBLY
½ cup tapioca pearls, cooked
½ cup ice
brown sugar syrup, to taste
1 cup black tea, chilled
¼ cup half & half
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT
2 wide-opening ( boba ) straws
Preparation
In a medium pot over high heat, combine the water and tea bags. Bring to a boil, then remove the pan from the heat and let the tea cool to room temperature.
Bring a medium pot of water to boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, add the tapioca pearls and boil until softened, about 20 minutes.
Drain the pearls through a strainer.
Set the strainer with the pearls over a medium bowl. Add the brown sugar to the strainer and pour the hot water over.
Stir to dissolve the brown sugar. Soak the pearls in brown sugar syrup for 30 minutes, then store the bubbles and syrup separately until ready to serve.
Assemble the tea: Divide the pearls and ice between 2 glasses, then add the brown sugar syrup, tea, and half and half.
Stir with a wide-opening straw, then serve.
