This is a three page, used NCR form - Order No. 5544 - measuring approximately 8"x10.5".  A used purchase order from APPLE CORPS LTD.  This is an internal office form from The Beatles' offices at 3 Savile Row.
A small slice of Apple, guaranteed authentic and original.  Please see photos for condition details.  The purchase order is/was used and there is some wear from age and handling.
