    Vintage Iowa Highway Patrol Shoulder Patch ~ 1971. My father was a MO State Highway Patrolman and in 1971 we sent a letter to each State’s highway patrol or state police headquarters requesting a patch for this collection. Note pin that Iowa sent along with the patch.
