    Art Deco
    Handles and holders are light-weight plastic (bakelite?)
    Brush bristles are set in wood
    There is slight color difference between the two pieces.  The Diamond-patterned part has a yellow-ish hue on the brush, while it is more silver-ish on the mirror.
    Marks and wear on the plastic parts consistent use and storage
    No chips or cracks on mirror surface
