Walt Disney World 25th anniversary round pin with Cinderella coach

I believe this is from 1996. Measures approximately 2 1/2 inches across. There is some marks on back of pin. There is a tiny spot which looks to be under the clear coat. Please check out the pictures. When you run your finger over the pin you feel a tiny bump it is also under the clear coat.
