Wooden Dolphin Wall Hanging Folk Art Carved Home Beach Nautical 18 x 7” Vintage

I purchased this at a flea market in Morehead City, NC.  The owners uncle had carved in the early 1960's and it had hung on the wall in their beach house since.  If measures 18" long by 7" tall and is carved wood which has been painted black.  There is a hole in the back for hanging and an initial carved into one of the fines by the man who carved it.
The eye and mouth are really well carved and realistic, it is a great piece for anyone who loves dolphins or for a beach home.  It shows some signs of age as you would expect due to it's age.
