Terms of sales
Return a product in the case of damage
If the product packaging has a serious damage, chipped or was exposed to water, you must refuse to receive the goods and fill out a special form of damage. If the buyer picks up the goods from the postal office or courier, then the risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the goods will pass from us to the buyer at the time when the goods are transferred to buyer.
Warranty conditions
All items are covered under warranty for one year. The warranty period begins from the date of delivery. The presentation of the legitimate claims of quality is one year for new products. Obvious defects in the products, our shop must be notified in writing immediately, at the latest within fourteen days after receipt of the goods. If about such defects are not notified us in time, the goods are deemed to have been approved and accepted, with all inherent warranty rights expiring.
Return for warranty service
Buyers are responsible for sending it back to us safely. In the first three months of period warranty, the buyer bears the cost of return and we bear the cost to ship back the repaired or replacement item. After three months, the buyer bears the cost of returning and shipping back the item.
Our shop will not be liable for not normal wear and tear of the good or defects that are a result of incorrect or negligent handling which are caused by unusual conditions of use.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product up to 30 days from the date you purchased it and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, please contact us to arrange a return and refund. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. As shipping costs are not retrievable, we are unable to refund shipping costs.
