BWS repairs 8-inch water main break in Downtown Honolulu

HONOLULU (HawaiiNewsNow) – The Board of Water Supply repaired an 8-inch water main break in Downtown Honolulu Thursday morning.
The break was reported around 3:30 a.m. on Alakea Street between Nimitz and Queen Street.
Crews were able to repair the leak just before 5:30 a.m.
According to the BWS website, at least two services were affected by the break.
The morning commute should flow smoothly.
